How I operate
When you bring your dog into the salon, I'll look at the coat structure first. In consultation with you, I will determine the care your dog needs.
Each treatment includes nail clipping, ear grooming, foot trimming, washing, drying, trimming and/or shaving as agreed with you and taking into account the breed standard.
I only use the best shampoos and grooming products designed specifically for your dog and cat's breed.
If you just want to have your dog washed or brushed, this is also possible!
I find it very important that your dog feels at ease around me – therefore I take my time for each dog.
Purebred or not, smooth haired, long haired or rough haired, every coat needs some care.
If you have problems with your dog's coat care, I will be happy to give you explanations and tips for taking good care of your dog at home on a daily basis.
Unfortunately I cannot take on pick dogs for medical reasons.
Especially for puppies
Especially for puppies we offer puppy habituation; ideal for puppies between 3 and 5 months old.
The environment, the table, the bath, the sounds of a dryer, clippers and scissors are new sounds for the puppy and they shoulf get to know these at a young age.
This first visit is free and contains: getting used to the strange sounds, cutting nails and checking ears.
Tips to prepare a visit to our Trim Atelier
Never bring your dog to the salon on a full stomach.
Let your dog out long enough before he comes in.
Bring your dog on a leash.
If your dog is in heat, has a medical condition or a contagious disease, I would like to hear this from you in advance so that I can take it into account if necessary.
On your first visit, bring your dog's booklet (veterinarian) with you so that I can transfer the details to your customer sheet.
If you are unable to meet an appointment, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance. (See general terms and conditions)

Rates
- These prices are guidelines and apply to dogs with a minimum of knots and a normal weight.
- The final price is calculated according to the condition of the coat and the duration of treatment.
- A final price can only be agreed when I have seen the dog.
- Breedless dogs and crossbreeds are classified according to coat type and size.
- Dogs with a lot of tangles and/or felting will be charged the hourly price of 40 € per hour.
- A surcharge can be charged for parasites, coat problems and aggressive dogs.
- An extra of 10 Euro will be charged for late delivery or late collection without notice.
- 100% of the applicable price for the service will be charged in case of absence without at least 24 hours notice.
